When menopause brings on those hot flashes and excess sweating, this tea blend may help regulate menstruation, relieve hot flashes and soothe the body and spirit. It also may reduce the flow of milk from lactating mothers before weaning.
NOT ONLY FOR WOMEN: It is astringent, sedative and expels gas, may clear the respiratory tract. It is a good gargle for a sore throat and helps to overcome colds. It may prevent the formation of kidney stones, and manage stress level.


  • Taste: Savoury sage, mint with a mildly astringent finish.
  • Aroma: Semi-sweet lemon note, herbal notes of sage and mint.

Ingredients Note: we do not add any kind of sweeteners to any of our teas, including no stevia, no candied or sugar-coated ingredients. We leave that option up to you!

Suggested Preparation

Hot Tea: Scoop 1-2 *Perfect Teaspoon of tea per 8oz/240ml of hot water. Steep for 5-7 minutes.
Iced Tea: Double the amount of tea, still using hot water. Add an extra minute or two to steeping time then cool in fridge.
Note: If you want stronger tea, use more leaves instead of steeping for a longer time.

Re-Steeping Times: 2+
Basic Steeping Tips: Use filtered or spring water, whenever possible. Don’t over boil water. Remove leaves after recommended time (adjust to taste).
