Tea Benefits

Black And Green Teas Offer Similar Health Benefits. Since both varieties come from the same plant, Camellia Sinensis, both are rich in a group of protective antioxidants called polyphenols and flavonoids that protect your heart, though green tea contains a much higher amount of these antioxidants because of the way the leaves are processed. Both show improvements in vascular function, leading to significant reductions in stroke risk. Black tea usually contains higher level of caffeine and may stimulate and boost Brain Function more than Green tea.

Warning: Consulting with your healthcare practitioner about health benefits of any tea is always recommended.
