Ingredients
Blended with Aniseeds, Star Anise, Lemongrass, leaves of Nettle, Raspberry, Blackberry, Marshmallow and Peppermint, Everlasting flower, Sunflower, Safflower, Calendula, Lemon peels and Natural Lemon Flavour.
Ingredients Note: we do not add any kind of sweeteners to any of our teas, including no stevia, no candied or sugar-coated ingredients. We leave that option up to you!
Tea Benefits
This herbal tea blend helps treat digestive ailments such as bloating, gas, indigestion and gut health to bring your body into beautiful balance. It is also used for the treatment of IBS, flatulence, indigestion, colicky infant, hiccough, coughs and bronchial phlegm.
For Women: to increase milk flow when nursing, start menstruation, treat menstrual discomfort or pain, ease childbirth and increase sex drive.
For Men: to treat male menopause.
For other uses: treatment of seizures, nicotine dependence, insomnia, asthma, and constipation.

Suggested Preparation
Hot Tea: Scoop 1-2 *Perfect Teaspoon of tea per 8oz/240ml of hot water. Steep for 5-7 minutes.
Iced Tea: Double the amount of tea, still using hot water. Add an extra minute or two to steeping time then cool in fridge.
Note: If you want stronger tea, use more leaves instead of steeping for a longer time.

Basic Steeping Tips: Use filtered or spring water, whenever possible. Don’t over boil water. Remove leaves after recommended time (adjust to taste).
