Suggested Preparation

Simmer 3-5 *Perfect Teaspoons of tea per 1 litre of water for 10-15 minutes. Cool for 20 minutes before straining, to allow the tea to steep. Multiply recipe as needed. Store in fridge for future consumption.
Hot Tea: Re-heat tea to desired temperature.
Iced Tea: Pour cooled tea from fridge over ice.

Re-Steeping Times: 2+
Basic Steeping Tips: Use filtered or spring water, whenever possible. Don’t over boil water. Remove leaves after recommended time (adjust to taste).
